PROOF OF RESIDENCE
Banks will accept one Utility Bill statement showing your Physical Address listed on your application. This means (Gas, Light, or Water Bill statement.) Another form of statement accepted is your Phone Bill Statement. Note: Whichever bill statement you use. It will have to show your Name on it. It can not have another persons name on it. You can not be added to the account as proof of residence. You have to be the primary account holder.

When you are prepared to buy. It makes your process much faster. Most people do not like going into the dealership because of the time spent in that location. It make you feel like you should be employed at that location. So, lets be prepared from the start. All the information below will help you move faster throughout the process. We highly suggest buyers to have a folder prepared for the purchase.

PROOF OF INCOME
Let's be clear. Some banks have a minimum amount you have to make per month but, in most cases. The income range is $1,600 - $2,400 a month depending on the bank and the amount for the vehicle purchase. Please take a look through the required proof below.
Self-Employed
Some banks accept Three Months Bank Statements. Your Statements have to be from your personal own Bank account. (Ex: WellsFargo, Bank of America etc. NO ONLINE applications are accepted like Cash App, Vinmo etc. )Each month have to reflect the amount you have placed on your application as monthly income. The bank calculates all deposits from each statement and divides it by three to calculate your monthly average.
Employed
Banks will accept 2 - 3 Most recent check stubs. Some banks do not accept overtime pay as part of your income. When you calculate your pay. Provide the amount before taxes are taken out. Use your hourly rate multiplied by the hours you work.
